Our production is 100% gluten-free and lactose-free.
You can find bread, focaccia, pizza, breadsticks, biscuits, small pastries, sweet and savory pies. Furthermore, our shop is supplied with gluten-free products such as pasta, flour, snacks, soft drinks, beers, and much more.
You will find us in the center of La Spezia, in Via dei Mille 31, right next to the Piazza Cavour market.
Our mission is simple. We want to offer quality products and good service, all gluten-free, lactose-free but with lots, lots of taste and consistency.
After a lot of research, lots of tests, modified recipes and lots of determination, we are proud to offer you a totally transparent artisan workshop, where there are no cross contamination fears, where you don't feel different, where the bread tastes like bread and the focaccia transport us to memories related to our territory.
Each product of our laboratory is handmade with first choice ingredients. Everything we produce is 100% gluten-free. Once again: no contamination possible.
Amalia has the secret objective of talking to everyone: celiacs, intolerants, sensitive to gluten and those who have simply decided to eliminate gluten and/or lactose from their diet permanently or occasionally.
